Roadmap to Success

Data Analysis

The Divvy Up project manager will work directly with your data team to extract the required data elements. Once data is imported, The Dashboard will be presented to your team with the specific opportunity and roadmap.

02.

Data Validation

The Divvy Up project manager will schedule digital and physical validation meetings to ensure data and reporting accuracy. Any errors in the data or physical validation will be resolved prior to moving forward.

03.

Warehousing

When validation is complete, your team will sign-off on the inventory that will participate in the Divvy Up project. Participating inventory will be transferred to the centralized Divvy Up warehouse. Your inventory is digitally tracked and available to you throughout the process.

04.

Quality Control

Every instrument received will undergo a full quality evaluation for adherence to OEM standards. Any instrument that fails our evaluation will be returned to you or will be disposed of on your behalf. We’ll provide supporting documents and images for your records. All “passing” inventory will be digitized to The Marketplace. Now it’s time to Divvy Up.

Marketplace Listing

Your inventory will be listed within The Divvy Up Marketplace available for either internal transfer within your system or sold externally to other hospitals. Your hospital team will also have access to purchase refurbished instruments internally from within your own system or externally from other hospitals.

06.

Order Fullfillment

All orders will be processed by the Divvy Up warehouse team and shipped to buyer. If you purchased inventory – congrats, you saved some money. If you sold inventory – congrats again, you made some money or have available credit to keep shopping.
